Request for Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number

 NOTICE  Customers are NOT PERMITTED to return Products or Parts (hereinafter referred to collectively as ITEMS) without a valid RMA issued by PLUSMUSIC US Inc. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to sender, at the cost of the original sender.

  1. ITEMS must be within the warranty period (usually 3 years from date of purchase). If ITEMS are out of warranty we can provide you with an estimate of the repair costs.
  2. ITEMS must be returned in appropriate packaging and shipping material (the package must comply with safety precautions). Failure to do so may result in ITEMS being returned to sender.
  3. If you need immediate replacement, provide your Customer Support Representative with a new purchase order. Please note, PLUSMUSIC US Inc. reserves the right to return ITEMS which are deemed to be customer damaged or without fault.
